A group of parishioners has begun to meet in the presbytery monthly on a Friday morning. We have discovered amongst us an enormously wide range of choice of reading - thrillers, romance, history, biography, politics, the modern novel - Maeve Binchy to Chris Ryan and all stops between. You could say we have catholic taste!

Unfortunately, the County library service is no longer issuing club tickets and supplying 10 copies at a time so we will have to track down the books ourselves.

Attending the book club is a stimulating experience. We have been given new titles and authors to whet our appetite and we have had our enthusiasm for reading invigorated. We are always pleased to receive more such suggestions and we are happy to pass on your comments and opinions to the group if you are unable to attend meetings for any reason.
