The training for my sponsored walk has been tiring but hopefully worth it as on Saturday I will be walking between Holy Ghost and St Peter Prince of Apostles, Budleigh Salterton. I am overwhelmed by the tremendous support I have been given and for the unexpected amount of sponsorship. There is absolutely no going back now!

I plan to leave Exmouth at 11.00 am on Saturday to arrive approximately two hours later at St Peter's, Budleigh, for a short rest! On arrival back in Exmouth, at any time after 3.00 pm, the UCM have kindly offered to provide tea and cakes for parishioners who have joined me on the walk, or anyone who would just like to welcome us back. I hope to see a good number of you from both parishes at lunch or tea, or even to join me for all or part of the walk – at your own risk, of course!

Don't forget to bring a packed lunch and meet me at Budleigh Salterton or back at Exmouth for tea!   Wish me luck!
