This is a gentle fund raising initiative by the Book Club. Books on the trolley are for sale with a recommendation of a 50p minimum contribution – so extremely reasonable. The twist is that having read it, you are invited to put the book back on the trolley for someone else to do the same.

We need more books to stock the shelves and ask for your help to make this a source of income and pleasure for our parish. Just bring your books to the trolley in the hall on Sundays and the sacristy at other times.

Is there a call for another book club, out of working hours? Young Mums? A Men’s Group? If you are interested let us know and we will be happy to help with ideas to get it off the ground.
